Happen at a career fair which many large corporation participated. I was asked to be sited and have an interview with the hiring manager directly. The interview took around 10 minutes. After 3-4 days I ma called by the HR department and being offered the job.

Took 4 days, 1 round phone screening with HR from malaysia, 1 round with Manager, asked about what i did during my internship, what my plan for the future. Very smooth and friendly process, i learned a lot.
