I met someone at the career fair who was ecstatic to hear I was going to major in Chemical Engineering. Following that, I had two phone interviews generally just asking basic behavioral questions. On-site interview had two separate teams of two people asking me questions. Half from each group were technical and behavioral, most technical directly pertinent to how my major affects manufacturing plus statistics.

Process begins with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by hiring manager discussion, then onsite interviews consisting of several one-on-one sessions, where candidates are usually expected to deliver a presentation.
