I was contacted via email a week after the application was submitted. Two phone interviews were initially scheduled. First phone interview was scheduled within two days. The interview lasted about 45 mins. It felt like I was taking an accounting exam over the phone. Unfortunately, I did not have time to prepare/study the right materials and did not pass the first round. Overall, the HR dept was quick in response to emails, interview took place on time, and I received a follow up evaluation sooner than expected. Great learning experience for me as progress in this field.
