Phone call for 1 and half hours where they asked about MOSFET and its VI characteristics, its second order effects. Followed by python scripting questions. Then they called onsite where I had seven rounds of interview. One round they asked about projects I mentioned in my masters, second round is mostly digital logic questions, 3rd round lunch with team-member which is not too technical, 4th round is purely analog related questions; 5th is on my internship project; 6th and 7th are analog rounds as well.

Basic VLSI knowledge:flip flop, transistor & mosfets application , rise time hold time , Digital system: finite state machine , logic gate , boolean equation. Programming: linked list , array , stack queue , sorting
