I applied online and two days later I received an email to schedule a phonescreen interview for the next week. The phone call lasted 40 minutes approximately and the questions were mainly behavioral. The interviewer went through my resume and asked me about some dissertation details. At the end, he told me he'd contact me to inform me about a decision, and so he did. I didn't get an invitation for onsite interview

It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
