When interviewed I was asked a series of psychological questions, over and over each time phrased a little different.
The interview was conducted in two stages.Normal interview, questions about previous work. Checked the level of language knowledge. Not quite understood my position, and even when I got the job did not understand what I’m cheating and where I work.
