I met with 5 employees that had similar behavioral interview questions. There were also many technical questions. The interviewers were looking for the candidates who were prepared. They wanted a lot of work related examples on when you resolved conflict or your tolerance for ambiguity. Engineering Degrees are important and how you come across in your interview is also very important. Teamwork is highly valued.

It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
