I sent my resume for a open position I knew through my friends. Then I was contacted by the manager of this group. I interviewed with some of the group members on the phone. Then I was invited to on-site interview. It was a full day interview with eight one-one interviews. I also gave a presentation to about fifteen people. Ten days later I was offered the position in that group.
