1st round is phone interview due to my absence in the city. Conducted by HR. Working place is in China, but interview all in English. 1st round is basic selection and test to see, for one, English level, for two, general reaction, for three, your basic information and background. 2st round is interviewed by future direct Supervisor. Questions are all about behavior-questions. What's your failure/ success/ lesson in the past/ your strengths/weakness,etc. 3rd round depends on whether they consider it necessary to have you exposed to higher level. If they need people to work ASAP, they might not arrange that. Compensation is negotiable subjects to your background and working experience.
