I received a direct onsite invitation from the HR (without any phone screening) who pulled out my CV from the online profile. I didn't apply for this job but the requirements for the position matched my expertise to-a-t. I went to Hillsboro, Oregon for a PhD rush event where we had a networking event on Thursday followed by an extensive technical interview round of Friday (5 hours with one hour lunch break in between.. one hour each for 4 one-on-one interview by 4 members of the same group) All the interviewers were very friendly and the overall interview experience was very positive.
