I was interviewed at Thane office, after Intelnet was acquired by Teleperformance. Interview process consisted of 3 rounds - 1. This is a test for checking our communication skills. They call it a "VNC" round which involves 3 parts in it, when we go to HR's office she will connect to some other person via phone to interview us. First, the interviewer will ask about yourself. She also asks question based on your resume. Second, a mock call test is conducted, where interviewer would call us a customer and we have to answer them like a customer care executive. Third, we will be given a topic to speak on. We have to speak on that topic for sometime. 2. Email Test: This is a test for checking our Email writing and reading skills. We are given some questions based on which we have to compose appropriate emails. Time limit of the emails is around 1:30 hours. 3. Face-to-face interview with senior member of the department.
