Very lengthy and time consuming. The interviewer doesnt even provide insights. Doesnt even shortlist based on skills. You have to record your video and submit it to their platform. After that they just accept everyone for the next round it doenst matter how much efforts you put.

1st round is the GD . After that you will be selected for the test , it has 15 question and then they take the interview based on your marks in test you will be given job role. Interview will be taken on the bases of what you have mention in your cv
