I spent nearly an hour in the initial interview and nearly an hour on the second interview. I took a test. I submitted references. They said they'd set up an offer meeting and check references within a day or two. They waited 2 weeks and when I followed up, the person I had spoken with had left, and a new person said she needed another week. I emailed in a week and she didn't reply. A week later she hadn't. They ignore email follow up and ghost you. I spent a lot of time on this and they don't even have the courtesy to return my emails or call me. This is a waste of time. They don't respect people who interview enough to send an email response. Don't accept an interview with them is my advice. They are discourteous. I was promised a call back on the 15th, 2 weeks after they promised to check my references and schedule an offer meeting with me, and that my references would be checked. A week later I was ignored, and now on December 1st they have told me they won't make a decision until sometime in the new year because it is an important role. I specifically asked several people if the position would start this year and the position was real and was promised it was multiple times. I believe they were not serious in interviewing me and asked for references and interviewed me purely to gather information for their own benefit, with no respect for my time. Every time they promise something, they don't come through. Something is rotten in Denmark. I was treated very, very badly by Intellibus. I should have refused to interview based on the other reviews. They unapologetically used me and wasted my time.
