The interview process will give you the chance to meet all the members of the organization from consultants, senior consultants, managers, directors and the managing director to give you an overall view of how the company works and how it integrates as a team. You will be asked about your experiences, career prospective, and why you want to join the company. Finally, you will be asked to do a presentation wherein you need to show your expertise.
