Sat down with senior engineer to talk about the company. He was very polite and friendly and asked simple questions. I liked that I was being taken seriously by a qualified engineer and not by an HR person. Sad to say I came unprepared and flubbed the whole thing. I'd say it was a negative experience because I was unprepared.
