Very good process, there were 5 people asking easy questions about my qualifications and what I expected of them, they told me everything about the job and put some cases and what would I do if one of them came up

I received a call from a HR representative, then I was asked to filled out a OMNIA, which took 5mins to complete. It was a test that gives you situational questions, there is not wrong or right. The results will help the interviewer know what type of questions to ask you. Then I met with a panel of 5-6 people, after that if you qualified, they call you for a second interview, it is usually with a neutral person (different department where you will be hired). If you pass that interview, you and other two people will be the finalist and each of you will have to met with the manager.
