First I was interviewed by a panel of 5 people. Then by the Division Chief. Then they scheduled a third interview but it was to give me the offer.
The interviews were between 20-30 mins long, people were super nice and questions were interesting.

I had the first round of interviews in Spanish that was a surprise as I had not practiced my answers in Spanish. Then the second round will be with a panel and it’s still in the future so I don’t know if I got the job.

The interview process was straightforward. Communication with HR takes a few weeks and overall length of the process is 8 weeks. There are technical questions related to the role, the institution, and your capabilities.
