The WORST interview experience I've ever had. Red Flags: 1. Lack of basic respect in communication – they didn't address me by my name in most of their emails. My new first name stays 'Candidate'. 2. No consideration for my availability – they scheduled the screening interview without asking for my availabities and straight up ignored my request to reschedule. 3. Misleading process – I was informed the next step after screening would be a panel interview, but instead, I was unexpectedly asked to complete a technical test. 4. Ghosting after submitting work – I spent an entire day on the test report, but no response let alone feedbacks even after a follow-up email one week later. *I know it's a tough market in general, but avoid such company that doesn't show basic respect for applicants.
