A lot of bad reviews about this company and I’m quite surprise why? Mr Martinez is my recruiter and he is fair across the board. He called me after I have submitted my application and basically scheduled me for an interview at the Lorton Office, Va. I was nervous on my day of the my interview but somehow after meeting him in person, he basically made me feel very comfortable as if he knew what I was going through. I had tons of questions that I never got to ask him because he gave me more information far valueable than my questions. I’m a retired military personnel and I have never met a guy like him that would make an interview like an informative casual conversation. I just believe that that’s how and interview should be. Mr. Martinez, represented Inter-Con not just a company but himself. Just like how we put on a military uniform; It’s the same concept.
