I was contacted by the Director of Talent Acquisition to an available position in the Netherlands. She was extremely nice and professional during our phone call so I was looking forward to speaking in my next interview with my future colleague in the Amsterdam office. In the second interview, the other recruiter asked some questions, really didn't seem very interested in knowing my answers. It was just a huge turn-off seeing someone working as a recruiter, recruiting for a possible colleague and having such an uninterested look on their face. She didn't provide me with any feedback in the last 3 weeks. How disappointing must be for her candidates to be interviewed by her.
