The interview process was mainly handled by the CO-OP office at my University. I applied through the CO-OP navigator and was assigned an interview time on campus. The interview wasn't directed towards any technical questions. For students, they understand we don't have a lot of the technical skills required, so they focus their questions towards getting to know you and to see if you would fit in with their team.
