The recruiter was prompt in setting up the phone screen within 2 weeks of applying online. The phone screen had basic questions about previous experience and salary expectations. The Hiring Manager interview was promptly set up after 1 week. It was a 60 min interview and the interviewer was extremely collaborative and gave insights about the team and the position instead of just asking questions. I was supposed to have a 30-minute interview with the director after this, but the position was put on hold due to an internal business decision, which was super disappointing after spending so much time.
