Interview process started with an online application. Next step was completing an online behavioral assessment. Last step was coming into the office for an in-person interview and writing assessment.

It was a fairly easy and straightforward interviews done over the phone. There were about 2-3 rounds of interviews. I believe HR took about a month and a half to finalize offer.

Assesment + 2 interviews lasting an hour long. First interview the person asked challenging but good questions. Second interview was similar, however got ghosted as I never received an email regarding the outcome which is disappointing considering the time spent.

Had a call with a recruiter call, heard nothing for two weeks, was told to take a Predictive Index questionaire, then call with hiring manager. Very standard, but took forver to go from one step to the next.
