First interview was already with the hiring manager as well as the HR manager. Questions were pretty standard with additional Networking and Windows administration questions. Didn't put in much effort to review/prepare for the interview so flunked it. My bad. Will do better next time! Offer was very low anyway so good stepping stone for improving my future interviews!
