1x group task with a panel of around 10 people watching you and assessing you. 1x interview 1hr w/ 2 people, 1 marking and 1 asking questions 1x presentation Supposedly an entry level position but expect you to have skills over all three areas, during my presentation I was interrupted a few times which threw me, im typically used to presenting and having Q's at the end, clearly this is not how presentations at II work, so just be ready for that! After spending the entire day there for the assessment center the only feedback received was "we could tell you was a little nervous for the interview", really! The staff are friendly and do try as much as possible to make you feel at ease, lunch provided was nice, the interview / assessment center itself was not difficult, it's more gruelling in the aspect that it's a very very full on day.
