I had an initial 1:1 interview which included a C programming language test (the questions weren't particularly difficult) and a physcometric test. I was then invited for a second interview, this time with the Head of Engineering and a senior programmer. The second interview didn't go as well as the first one. Although I was told that the second interview was going to be 'more of a chat' than a test, it took the form of verbal/cold test. I tried to answer the questions as best as I could but the atmosphere was cold and the format was discouraging.
