One of the most absurd interviews. 50% bragging about needlessly reinventing software that already has near perfect open source/ off the shelf solutions. 50% asking if you can fix their custom version because it constantly breaks in production.

Fill out a 12 page test with a pen in 60 minutes. A lot of the questions require an essay response. Solve an algo problem with a pen in less than 5 minutes.

It was HackerRank online test. There is no way someone with 4 years of experience will be able to complete all 10 questions (8 MCQs, fill in the blanks, find bugs and 2 were coding) in 30 min.
