After a thorough one-hour interview with the director, covering project-related inquiries, Kafka, and data structures/algorithms, I felt confident in my responses and even completed all three coding questions ahead of time. However, despite my confidence, I received a rejection email the following day. My advice would be to avoid this company altogether. It seems pointless for recruiters to post job listings and reach out to candidates when internal hiring is already taking place. It's a waste of time and effort.

I had first round of interview for a senior developed position at ICE. Had a pretty decent interview. Process was cool. I had 45 min of interview, asked about different data structures in java, Spring framework, Spring JPA, little bit of database, multithreading, caching and touched on machine learning and statistics. Over all it was a good interview, though I got a reject.
