First round was with the recruiter and she said I would hear back by a certain date and I did not, that was the first red flag. Later, I emailed her and she said the team is planning to arrange a panel interview with manager, director and senior director. It was a 30 minute interview call which went upto 45 minutes and all went well. Next day, recruiter emailed saying I got a great feedback and asked me to fill some documentation as we go ahead in the process. I had to follow up multiple times about further rounds, she did not mention any timeline, made me wait for a month only to say the team is going ahead with someone else. Very frustating! Would not recommend!
