After submitting my application, I was contacted by the Interface Talent Recruiter to schedule an interview. After the first interview with the recruiter, I was invited to interview with my direct manager and their boss. Both interviews went very well; I felt like I was having casual conversations about work with friends by the end. I suggest learning about the company and what role you will play in the position you are applying for.
