Preliminary interview went great. So great that talent acquisition told me they would send me the head of engineering’s schedule by end of day so I could schedule a follow up interview. After not hearing anything for a week, I reached out to TA and they said they were out sick, but would send me the calendar by end of day. That was 3 weeks ago. Not sure what happened between then and now, but if TA says they are going to email you by end of day 2x, and then don’t, that’s a red flag. Which is disappointing because Interfolio seems like a great company.
