My situation was unique as I was contacted by corporate recruiter through LinkedIn. The position was for Maintenance Planner in Baxley, Ga however the mill decide to hire another candidate. Interfor recruiting team and management at the Baxley, Ga felt I was a strong candidate. I was passed to the West Coast recruiter and interviewed for the position at Longview, Wa I was offered the position at Longview. The process for me from first being contacted to being hired was 4 months but as stated my situation was unique.
