Phone screen, phone interview, and in person interview. I was not given an offer for the job, and that's okay. I understand if I am not a fit for the company, but the way they handled it was classless. I spent a total of three and a half hours with phone interviews and in person interviews and they did not bother to let me know that I had not been selected. I emailed them about the position and was sent an automated rejection email. Again I don't mind if I'm not a good fit, but at least carry yourself in a professional way and let your candidates know if they are not selected. Completely unprofessional.

I was interviewed by my direct manager initially. Once the candidates were narrowed down the second round was spent interviewing with the rest of the teams I would have direct contact with on a day-to-day basis.

Contacted via text message by the recruiter, HireVue Interview, Excel Test and finally a web-based interview with the team. You'd think with such a tech heavy (one-sided) interview process they would be more willing to give you an opportunity to ask questions about the company and perhaps have them sell you on why you should want to work there. The whole process was a turn-off to working there.
