      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Intermountain Health nel mese di mag 2022

      Colloquio

      (This was as Intermountain was merging SCL Health) Multiple rounds. The 1st round was with management of different Epic applications. They asked general questions about experience and goals. If they feel you did well, they send you to the second round. The second round was with other Epic analyst employees to determine if you’re a good fit for the group. There wasn’t much “interviewing.” It was more casual conversation. We talked for about 1.5 hours (what work is like there, answering any questions I had, sharing pet pictures.) The employees all sounded like they really enjoyed their jobs. The person that was setting up these interviews for me was emailing every day to check in. She was very nice, telling me how excited she was for me to be a part of the team, but she suddenly ghosted. When I got the rejection letter, I followed up with thanking them for their time and asked what can be improved on. I didn’t receive a reply. That stung more than not getting the job - the abrupt silence. I know they owed me nothing, but after having so many emails back and forth, it just would’ve been nice to have a quick explanation. Overall it seemed like a nice place to work if you get the offer.

      They asked for me to explain a certain part of my resume like they had never heard about it. I believe it was them gauging how well I can explain something to someone. (Like having to explain something to a team member or a clinical person who is not tech savvy)
