There was no initial screening interview and was called for an in-person panel interview. The interview was great. There were clear and exact questions the panel asked and recorded notes on, but overall it was very conversational.

Long process but many events. Over two weeks I had three interviews. Interviewers were nice and fun. The questions and vibe suggested they valued a good “fit”. I was treated with respect the whole time. I asked for questions to be re-asked and expressed that on some questions I couldn’t think of an experience. Despite my shortcomings they were never condescending and seemed to just want to know me really well
