There was a thorough review of my resume and background. I was asked about what I considered were my key achievements during my career. I was asked why I felt I was qualified for the role they called me in to interview for and what strengths I had that would serve me well in this role. I was then advised my resume would be submitted to the client and if they were interested in moving forward,I would be asked to meet with them in person. I was contacted within a few days of this initial IMR interview and an interview was subsequently set up at the client. I was then invited to IMR's office and met with my recruiter, Arielle From and her Manager John Greenberg where I was prepared for that interview. Through the thoroughness and professionalism of both Arielle and John I was made to immediately feel that IMR had my best interests at heart and wanted me to succeed and win the role. They both made me feel immediately at ease. The interview prep at IMR led to a successful client interview. I then was successfully hired to the Consultant/Temporary Division at IMR to work at their client.
