Contacted a recruiter, they set up a group conference call, and then I had an 8-hour onsite tour and multiple interviews - not as bad as it might seem. They gave me an offer onsite, but don't expect it to always happen that way.

Very interactive, and fun. The job comes with a lot of physical labor so it was a great place for a former athlete like myself to be. They told me the company loves go getters and that being open to new opportunities is key.
