First stage was a paneled, in-person interview with 2 engineers and an HR rep. After that, was invited to a 3-day event with other candidates where there were a multitude of interviews, skill assessments, and networking conducted.

The interview process was good overall. I went over two round of interviews. Both with very similar format. STAR format. No technical questions where asked during the interviews. Overall it was a very good interview.

Very interactive, and fun. The job comes with a lot of physical labor so it was a great place for a former athlete like myself to be. They told me the company loves go getters and that being open to new opportunities is key.
