Given a tour, had an interview, two sessions to talk with engineers, and a tour of the city. The interview consisted of standard behavioral questions and questions about other offers and anything they needed to know.

The process went very well. They were very nice and easy to work with. They wanted to know if you are ok with the paper mill smell, working long hours at times and being on call.
