After sending my resume via LinkedIn, I was reached out to via email approx 1-2 weeks later in which I called back and we arranged at time to meet. My first impression of the comany was the location. Less than a 5 min walk from the subway station. The building is clean and well kept. The office was very easy to find. The was no reception for me to introduce myself for the meeting but a friendly staff member was quick to help. I was led to the boardroom and as I was fairly early, I was prepared to wait at least 10 mins. Less than 5 mins later one of the hiring managers came in to introduce himself followed by the 2nd hiring manager. Both managers were very friendly and professional and continued on with a skills assessment style interview. There was no sense of intimidation and was a fairly smooth style. From the types of questions, it seems like they are concerned about experience as well as fitting in with the team. The interview went over by about 20 mins (which was mainly my fault asking a lot of questions). All in all a very good interview. I've not been given an offer but expecting a call next week.
