Met face to face with the regional manager and had an in depth interview covering the company and what they were looking for, and what they did. The interview was very warm and not intimidating at all. The interviewer seemed like a great guy, and really interested in hiring the most compatible for the position

Applied on-line and the on-site interview email were reached next day. No phone call interview. On-site interview started with introducing the company and the position. Interview questions were quite position related and straightforward, and no behavioral questions were asked. It's a new position as the company is growing rapidly. The person who interviewed me was very nice.
