Overall a pretty standard interview process, but it did stretch out much longer than expected. I participated in their interview process for a solid 3 months before ultimately accepting a position from a different company (I wasn't able to wait any longer).

How do you promote gender equality in the workplace?
I'm not sure if this was due to the organization itself or the recruiter, but I had a poor experience with my recruiting screening. The recruiter: -spelled my name wrong in their email -scheduled the screening call 15 minutes outside of my given availability -arrived 4 minutes late to the interview -didn't allow for any questions at the end of the screening The first question the recruiter asked was about my salary expectations, we didn't talk much about my qualifications. I never received an update after the screening.

You have an initial call with the recruiter and then a zoom call with hiring manager and team member. After that you have to give them five references (2 of which have to be managers). The whole process was a nightmare start to finish. I gave my references and would check in each week for an update. Find out weeks later the position has been filled. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

The interview was professional and fair. I had 3 interviews. The 1st one with the recruiter, 2nd with the program manager, and the last one with the director. the hiring process took almost one month.
