All reviews for MedAire are now being posted to the International SOS page* Here is the process that I went through and my review: 1. Email from HR Manager asking me to respond to questions about my qualifications and expected salary 2. Virtual interview with Sales Manager 3. Virtual interview with Director 4. In-person half day visit with the team in Phoenix 5. Virtual call with Business Dev. Manager 6. Reference Checks. I was taken through the entire interview process just to hear through the grapevine that they had concerns about my lack of direct aviation experience. This was something that was apparent when they reviewed my resume before starting the interview process. Hearing this after multiple interviews, flying across the country and my references being contacted was disappointing. I was also never notified that I was not being offered the job by anyone on the team. I followed up about their decision and it was not a priority of theirs to let me know that they went with another candidate or to give feedback. Overall, the impression that the team made on me throughout the interview process was good and I am grateful for the opportunity to have interviewed. Interviews were straightforward and fairly easy questions. The lack of regard for the time and energy I invested throughout the interview process is my only frustration. Especially because from what I understand, it came down to experience, not my performance in interviews. If you don’t have direct aviation experience, save yourself a lot of time and consider applying to other companies.

Ghosted. At least give me a closure. Even if I'm not chosen, don't leave me hanging wondering what's the result. It's so unprofessional. And give feedback on what's I'm lacking so I can do better.
