First interaction was a phone call to schedule an interview in person with a Sales Rep and I got to the final round interview which was in person again. I was told I would get a call either way letting me know and I was never contacted again after telling me they had 1 other person to interview. Very disappointing experience with these arrogant young men.

Thank you for your feedback. There was a system crash before Thanksgiving that disrupted many of our communications, which sounds like it unfortunately involved you as well. As for the final sentence, not sure if that's a result of your feelings or something else. Either way, I would encourage you to reach out and share directly with whomever you were interviewing with.

Decently easy to understand the interview process, sometimes a lack of communication when you have a question about the process, relatively quick, on-site interview, get to meet higher-level staff, get to experience the downtown Chicago office, phone interviews rather than virtual interviews.

the interview process begins with a 10-15 minute phone interview, after that you move to round 1 of inperson interviews. Finally there are second round interviews and if you are hired you start a week or two after that date
