During our first interview with Adam, he expressed willingness to work on certain marketing tasks related to his background and expressed expertise, which made us interested in bringing him on board. Unfortunately, upon coming into the office, Adam reneged on that which he had stated he would be willing to do. After much deliberation, we decided the said task was too important to our organization, so we determined Adam was not the fit we needed and decided to go in a different direction.
We wish Adam the very best as he pursues his next position.
