Colloquio
Phone interview followed by multiple in person interviews over several months. Finally figured out the hiring manager didn't know what she was doing in hiring people and obviously a family-biased place to work.

Colloquio
I had two interviews. The first one was delightful and informative. Things looked promising.
In between, I had to take a Hartman Personality Profile.
Finally, I had an interview with an executive leader who was a human embodiment of the DMV; a rigid stone wall of hopelessness who, from the get go, wasn't interested in me as a person or telling me anything about the company. She more or less dodged any questions I did ask, basically saying they would be answered if I was hired. She read off (as opposed to asking) the most basic questions and expected black and white answers vs. actually entering an adult conversation. I was interrupted frequently, fizzling my positive energy until I gave answers that satisfied her enough to move through her list and get it over with.
On top of that, certain key job details that were discussed were not consistent between the two interviewers.

Domanda 1
The first interviewer asked me great questions, like, "if your life had a mission statement, what would it be?"
