I would like to start with saying that the look and feel of the company was colorful and bright which gives you a great feeling to start with. Then, the smiling HR i have ever seen in any of the IT companies made me really feel comfortable by chit chatting with me just before the technical rounds. I was nervous as i had less knowledge about salesforce but she made me realize its all about the confidence i need to carry. I simply loved my interaction with her. Then, my first technical round started after my initial telephonic screening done couple of days back. There were two people who interviewed me. It was around 1 hour. The questions they asked me was more about manual testing, where i lacked was Salesforce knowledge i felt and the experience. Then after the HR asked me about my experience with my first round and explained about the next round which was with some senior guy, but was not technical. It was more around salesforce knowledge i had. I feel i got rejected in this round as i could not justify my skills. I would also like to mention, HR was very pro-active in replying to my emails then after my interview too. It is my badluck to not get an opportunity to work with such a great company.
