This was the easiest internship interview I have ever completed. I met with a representative from HR in my college town, we talked about technologies I was familiar with and things I had worked on in the past, and that turned into an onsite interview when I was back where they are located.
The onsite interview panned out like this: I met again with the same HR representative and three members of their software development staff. They asked me general questions first about where I saw myself in a few years, again what I was familiar with, etc. Then we talked about the things I had on my resume. This entire time, they kept mentioning the 'programming assessment' I was going to complete at the end that would pretty much make or break the interview it sounded like. It was incredibly easy.
