Met with the Director, he gave me a tour of the company. I was introduced to the staff and their roles within the company. Very laid back Interview and the people was nice.

Had multiple interviews starting with my immediate boss and progressing to interviews with the bosses boss as well as personnel currently in the role. Interviews took place over a two week period both in person and on the phone. Process was similar to other experiences interviewing for opportunity.

Horrible. No communication or follow up with you after your interview. I had to keep checking back with them every step of the process. Very unprofessional. It seemed like each department I spoke with didn't communicate with each-other. I felt like they didn't really want to conduct the interview as much as they felt obligated to do it.
