Interviewed over skype with team leads. Asked a few questions and not much else. Make sure to ask how long the team leads are staying on and to meet the site manager before you accept.
Phone screening followed by in person or virtual interview. Depends on job title additional steps may be required. They usually look for hands on experience with specific standards and lab equipment usage.

In-person interview. 1-2 week decision window, they said. After that time passed, I politely inquired if there was a status update. No response. I guess ghosting is my answer. I found this both unprofessional and undignified to treat a candidate, who took the time to drive out and meet with them, this way.
